THE new South African Tourism board has been approved by the Minister of Environment and Tourism, Marthinus van Schalkwyk.

The new board consists of:

- Jabu Mabuza (chairperson)

- Frank Kilbourn (deputy chairperson)

- Thumi Makgabo - Dr Iraj Abedian

- Brett Dungan

- Zwelibanzi Mntambo

- Siza Mzimela

- Amor Malan

- Yvonne Johnson

- Michael Lutzeyer

- Chairperson of the Tourism Grading Council (Ex Officio)

- Chairperson Tourism Empowerment Council of South Africa (Ex Officio)

- DEAT COO

- SAT CEO

- SAT CFO
